What does it cost?

The free founding cohort is closed. New memberships start with 7 days free, then cost €10/month through member 100 and €20/month from member 101. Existing founding members keep their promised access. Cancel anytime. *Paid-plan prices are subject to change.

How fast do I start?

Start the trial, sign in with Discord and complete secure Stripe Checkout. Once your profile is ready and you join Discord, your private channel is created within minutes.

Is it only for cycling?

Yes — Coach AMA coaches cyclists. It builds and adapts a structured cycling plan around your real data.

What data does the coach see?

Through intervals.icu: your activities (power, heart-rate, duration), wellness (HRV, resting HR, sleep) and your planned calendar. Nothing else.

Can I delete my data?

Any time. Disconnect intervals.icu from your dashboard, or request full erasure — we delete your account and data.
