Terms for Coach AMA

Coach AMA is provided by Andmag AB. Company and contact details appear at the bottom of this page.

You must be at least 18 to enter a paid contract. The contract is formed when you accept the terms and complete registration or Stripe Checkout.

Coach AMA is an AI-based training coaching service for cycling, running and triathlon. It analyses data you choose to connect from intervals.icu and what you write to the coach, and can suggest or adjust training plans.

Coaching mainly takes place in a private Discord channel. Discord, intervals.icu and Stripe are separate third-party services with their own terms.

*Paid-plan prices are subject to change. An existing member receives at least 30 days’ advance notice of a price change, which applies no earlier than the first renewal after that notice period. You can cancel before the change takes effect.

• The closed founding cohort, member numbers 1–30, keeps free membership. New public signups enter paid membership.
• Members 31–100: €10 per month after a free seven-day trial.
• From member 101: €20 per month after a free seven-day trial.
• Prices include applicable VAT. Your member number is set when the account is created and does not move between price tiers.

Paid membership starts with seven free days. A payment method is required at the start but is not charged until the trial ends. One trial is available per person unless we expressly offer otherwise.

After the trial, membership automatically renews every month and Stripe charges the saved payment method. If payment fails, we may retry and restrict access until payment is resolved.

You can cancel at any time through the dashboard and Stripe customer portal or by contacting support. If you cancel during the free trial, membership and coaching end immediately. After the first payment, cancellation stops future renewals and you normally retain access until the end of the already-paid period. After the statutory withdrawal period, a started month is normally non-refundable except for defects, duplicate charges or where mandatory law requires otherwise.

As a consumer, you normally have 14 days from entering the distance contract to withdraw. You may use our clearly labelled “Withdraw from contract here” function, email support, or use the Swedish Consumer Agency’s standard form. You do not need to give a reason.

If you withdraw in time, we end the contract and refund any payment for the initial membership. Coach AMA does not charge a proportionate fee for use during the initial withdrawal period. A refund is made without undue delay and no later than required by law.

Withdrawal differs from ordinary cancellation: withdrawal within 14 days unwinds the initial contract, while cancellation stops future renewals.

• Provide accurate, current details and protect access to Discord, the portal and your payment method.
• Do not harm or disrupt the service, bypass security or infringe another person’s rights.
• Do not share another person’s health or training data without a lawful basis and permission.

Coach AMA is an AI system, not a human, doctor or emergency service. Training suggestions are general coaching and do not replace medical assessment. You are responsible for using your judgment, adapting training to your circumstances and seeking professional care for illness, injury or concern. Do not use the service in an emergency.

The service does not make decisions that solely produce legal or similarly significant effects for you. A human owner oversees operations and can be reached through support.

Coach AMA is under active development. Features may change, be temporarily unavailable or be removed. We work toward a stable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We will give reasonable notice of a material reduction to paid membership, and you may cancel.

You retain rights in the data and content you provide. You give us the limited rights needed to process it and deliver coaching. Coach AMA, its software, brand and our own content belong to Andmag AB or our licensors.

We may restrict or end an account for a serious breach, abuse, security risk or legal requirement. Where reasonable, you will first have an opportunity to correct the issue.

Andmag AB is responsible as required by mandatory consumer law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited. The service is not intended for medical diagnosis or emergencies.

Contact support@coach-ama.com first and we will try to resolve the issue. A Swedish consumer may then refer a dispute to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). Swedish law applies without depriving you of mandatory consumer protection in your home country.

We may update these terms when the service, law or our practices change. We give advance notice of material changes affecting an existing paid membership. The latest version and date appear here.
